    Default Curiosity got the best of me.....

    http://home.quixnet.net/~mcress/tanker.wmv is the information on the video file (file-properties), which tells you you are not authorized to access the web page and refers you to the root(home)page of http://portal.quixnet.net/index.php which has information (local weather) that states it is in Grand Rapids MI. That is all I can get out of it though......
