I'm very sorry for your sad loss, Moe. My sincere condolences to your department and the family of Chief Green.
The respect and honor the above departments accorded Chief Green for his 67 years of dedicated fire service is awesome to see.
All too often in this busy age we live in, the past members of our fire departments get forgotten. Take the time to visit the retired members in your department or their surviving spouses/relatives. An occasional hour out of your life to listen to an old jake's stories may mean the world to someone.
*Sigh* Can you tell I miss my involvement with the Calgary Firefighters Museum?
Rest in peace, Chief Green.September 11th - Never Forget
I respect firefighters and emergency workers worldwide. Thank you for what you do.

I'm not sure yet. We had quite a few family members taking pictures. The ones on the website now were taken by my wife and my dad. I know some family members were also video taping along Summit St. and in front of the station for the last alarm.
I'm working on getting pictures from everybody because my dad is making a memorial Picture DVD/CD-ROM.FTM-PTB-DTRT

Moe, that is a great idea. Let me know if you need any music or anything. I did purchase the Tyrone Wells CD, which has a couple of the songs that were played in Rescue Me (one with Franco and his daughter and another one that they played while they were looking for Billy in the building....) I also have quite a few other songs that may be good for it........Originally posted by WTFD10
