It will cause an explosion and may give anyone in the area a chemical burn. These are called Works Bombs, Bottle Bombs and other devices. I advise you to use extreme caution when dealing with these.

Hope I never see one!! I like all my fingers and toes.I don't have to see it to believe it,(thank God). It came up in a conversation about the Anarcist Handbook. Scary stuff.
