    Default Cpat

    I am taking CPAT tomorrow, any advise on how I should prepare today? I'm ready for the test, just wondering if you guys have any tips like drinking lots of water etc.?

    I've had it!!! For the love of God, I took this test in my street clothes and passed it without braking a sweat!
    I only lasts about 7 minutes- do you really think you need lots of water for a seven minute workout?
    You people should go back to slinging burgers at the drive through.

    Definitely get a good night's sleep. You should eat something about 2 hours before the test. You do not want to be hungry, it's almost as bad as being too full. Make sure you have all of the necessary paperwork, i.d., etc..., and get it together the night before. You don't want to be scrambling the next day. Stretch when you check in. The CPAT is not a difficult test, but it is a test. The Fire Service is like anything else, the more you put into it, the more you will get out of it. Good luck!!
