    Hi,

    New here. From a small town in northwestern corner of Illinois. Just became the first female full time paid firefighter ever on the department and love it. We are a pretty small department with 4 full time paid firefighters which includes the Chief and the rest are volunteers and I love it. I am also an EMT-I and volunteer ont he ambulance when time permits. Jsut checking everything out and hoep to talk to you all soon.

    Hey, I'm in IL too.
    Congratulations on the job!
