Unfortunately, my department is preparing to bury one of our own this week. As we prepare for this task, we are looking for a good source of related information.
For instance, we're looking for instructions on how to construct mourning fabric for our engine... As well as suggestions on the proper ways to honor Sgt. Dyer at our station. (Purple bunting? Wreath? Etc.)
Any assistance that you guys can provide would be appreciated.

Coz, email or PM me with a Mailing address, I will send you a copy of a small manual of procedure that we have. I know it's late for this time, but you'll have it on hand if, heaven forbid, you ever have to do this again. The info is also fitting for "regular" deaths (retirees, etc.) as well as LODD. Our Prayers are with you Brother, TC. HarveNever use Force! Get a Bigger Hammer.
