Yogi, Initial Fire Attack for what? SFR? MFR? Commercial?

Have you tried the TRADENET website, or IFSI?

I'll see if I've got anything here. I'm pretty sure I've got an old ISFI SFR powerpoint.....

What about the Down 'n' Dirty CDs we got from IFFA?

I am looking for residential and or Commercial. I do not have any of the down and dirty disks, and I have tried the TRADE but it won't open a website. Unless I am going to the wrong site. Thanks Lilyogi

    Yogi,
The TRADE website is www.feti.lsu.edu/municipal/NFA/TRADE. If you cannot get the programs to open try a couple of things. First, make sure that you are trying to open a program. This site is set up on the old windows tree, so you have to be at a place where there is not a "+" next to the file name. If there is a "+" by the name you have to click to get to the actual file. Second, I found that most of the powerpoint programs there are older and will not open with the new powerpoint viewer. There is a powerpoint 97 veiwer on CD1. Open CD1, then open files, then HazMat support materials, then miscellaneous and there is a download for the powerpoint 97 viewer. It works fine for me and doesn't overwrite the newer PP viewer I have. Also if you e-mail Mr. Bennett from the site he will send you directions and instructions for sending him blank CDs and he will burn you copies of all the CDs. Much faster than trying to download all the information and costs about $5 for postage plus 10 blank CDs. If you would like to drop me an e-mail with your e-mail addy, I will look later and see what else I have and send it to you. Hope this helps.

The last TRADE newsletter said the LSU site was down. Might have to wait a few days to get anything off of it.
Yogi, want me to make you a copy of the Down & Dirty stuff?

Darin, I tried to send you a copy of the IFSI SFR tactics ppt. But it's 11MB, so I've got to zip it. Of course, my trial copy of pkzip is expired, so I'll have to renew it. Whew! You'll get it today.

Also, I checked the first nine TRADE CDs. I only found one ppt that'll probably be what you're looking for; I'll send it, too.
