As a this is my first posting on Firehouse.com, bare with me.

My company (www.asapsecured.com) provides site security to fire loss sites, typically requested by the Insurance company or in some cases the OFM.

I've been looking for alternative ways of being notified of fire incidents as they happen (pro-active) as opposed to being reactive to meeting our clients requests .

As I handle all of Ontario, distance can play into our ability to meet the timeframes requested by the Insurance company or OFM. Obviously, the more notice we get about a fire the more likely we will be able to respond in a timely manner.

I came across the http://www.incidentpage.net/ site and wondered if anyone was familiar with the quality of coverage in Ontario or other provinces for that matter as we expect to expand North America wide over the next 18-36 months.

Can anyone recommend a similar type service or alternative?

I appreciate any assistance you can provide.
