Sorry, I can't send it to you because the file is too darn big (15.4 MB). I'm gonna try to put it on the school server once I go back, it should be in about 3 weeks.
Anyway, it's a real good guide that has workouts from running,swimming,weight training,stretching,training for load bearing,increasing O2 intake.
