    Thumbs up

I would recommend an A Frame setup, provided the folks were properly trained in lifting and winching.

A frames can be very useful. However in some jurisdictions their use makes you a "crane"operator which means you have to be licensed. Not sure if this applies to you, better to check first than be sorry later. You don't see as many units anymore because the people who found a need for them regularly have graduated to hydraulic "service"crane units, usually mounted on the back.Remember that any rigging you use with an A frame MUST be rated for overhead lifting.
