    Question Fire consultant to eval. us

    TriData Consulting has begun to evaluate our dept. Anyone have experience with them or any consultant for that matter. I guess Houston and South Milwaukee has, any of you guys out there? Let me know how it went, what to expect and what to look out for.

    Check with people from AC, NJ. It is my recollection that they recommended company shut downs and a reduction in manpower. I may be mistaken, it has been awhile.
