Click on the "What's new" at the upper left on the SNOPEs web site and scroll down. You will find a picture of an airliner taxiing past the burned out wreckage of another.

The big ugly green face is the "REMOTE LINKING FORBIDDEN" picture.

Not sure where that one is...but when I flew through Iceland, when we were taxi-ing in and out of the terminal there was a plane that was burned up. Looked like they used it for training evolutions, they had it pretty well held in place.
Should have seen some of the looks on the flight, I sat there and snickered the whole time.

I took off over the burning wreck just off the end of the runway, my wife had taken our boys to see daddy leave - - - she was not impresed

There was a plane fire at our local airport, my buddy who works overthere says the FAA is not allowing them to move the wreckage, its been sitting the taxi way for years.
put the wet stuff on the hot stuff.

No, not quite the right color... The expression is about right, though...I thought it was a portrait of the Fire Chief of Paincourtville, La.
