    Default books for explorers

    was wondering iif anyone knows if any grants or places that will donate 1st responder books and ifsta books for explorer programs.

    my dept has recently started an explorer post , our dept is very limited on funds and they cannot help us at this time. we are still so new we have not had any fundraiser either for this..

    anyone have any suggestions
    lead, follow, or move the hell out of the way.

    You guys , first of all, need to get the basics,ifsta manuals.Try your state fire fighters website.They sell cheap.also, try BSA.they might give you a grant or excess books.

    Also, try the training section here under Basic Firefighting. Many articles on here can be useful for training.
