TRAFFIC ACCIDENT -- At 5:50 p.m. Wednesday night, a van traveling northbound on State Street in Orem made a left turn at 1643 South in front of a southbound Saturn.
There was a T-bone collision that ejected one woman from the van and injured four other people between the two vehicles. A helicopter transported the woman ejected from
the van to Utah Valley
Regional Medical Center.
The four other victims were all taken to the same hospital by ambulance, including a man who went into shock after witnessing the accident. Southbound State was shut down for about an hour while the accident was being handled.
