PART TIME 9-1-1 COMPUTER TECHNICIAN

For TRI-COM, St. Charles, Geneva, Batavia, and Elburn 9-1-1 communication center for police, fire, and ambulance. Applicants will be expected to work 24 hours per week on computer applications used in the 9-1-1 emergency communication center. Office will be located in a brand new building scheduled to open June 2005 in St. Charles. Candidates should have a minimum of a two year college degree in a computer science field, one year of computer experience in a public safety environment is preferred, and no criminal record. Knowledge of LAN/WAN management, Windows NT, Windows 2000, TCPIP, and ESRI Mapping are a plus. Tri-Com is non-smoking work place.
