I am running a drill on Haz-Mat diking and damning here in a couple weeks. Our basic dept standard for the drill is to reveiw the SOPs and discuss incidents. I am looking for a way to fire the dill up a little, if anyone has any ideads for activites or just differnt things to discuss besides the usual text-book type stuff, please post.
