I'm looking for some research.
I'm doing a GIS research project where I am mapping our department response times throughout our service area, and then doing a survey of homeowners to see if their expectations of fire apparatus response times is close to reality or way off. For example does someone living near a specific street intersetion expect a fire engine in 5 minutes, when in reality it will take 8 minutes?
I am looking for anyone who is willing to share their research or survey data that studies a question similar to the one I just stated.
