You would need a video that cool to recruit door gunners. In Viet Nam they had a pretty short life span. With those chain guns though, I think that is a statistic that will disappear forever.

Not hard to be a good shot with 4,000 rounds per minute and a tracer every fifth. Giddy up.And those guys are pretty good shots too!

We had this on the old goonie birds (DC3's) in vietnam. They did a wonderful job as the plane didn't fly fast!!!! It could circle and circle. It KILLED and KILLED!!!!!!!!

When I saw that clip, I couldn't help but think of the movie "full metal jacket" when joker is being flown to Hue. The door gunner goes a little nuts with his M60.........Get some, Get some, HAHAHAHAHAHA"

Just to be accurate, that is most likely not new video from Iraq. The helo is a Vietnam era Bell UH-1 (Huey). They've been almost completely replaced in Army service by the UH-60 Blackhawk. The Marines still use the UH-1 but theirs is a much updated, twin engined version.
Now, even though it ain't what the name claims doesn't mean it ain't fun to watch!
Oh, and they had Hueys with miniguns in Vietnam too...
