I'm a volunteer fire fighter for the New South Wales Rural Fire Service (NSW RFS) in Australia, and also a paid shift working officer at the HQ of the NSW RFS.
Been a lurker here for a while but thought I should finally sign up to say hello.
All is nice and quiet here at the moment and it looks like we're coming out of a potentially shocking fire season pretty much unscathed!
Good to see the brotherhood runs strong across the globe!

Dean welcome to the forums and its good to see our ozzy brothers saying hello....we had a 2 way transfere not to long ago with one of your lads...cant remember his name but he worked with us for 6 months and one of our lads went over to u guys....said it was a very good experience

Sorry about pushing the wrong button again. I do that alot and who knows where I end up. So I'll try to welcome you to the forums again from a non firefighter. I'm enjoying the amount you can learn on these things. Hope you do as well.
