    Unhappy Health Question

Alright this question is a little embarassing but I hope to get some help from you guys. With two weeks until the academy for me I have of course been working out like a mad man. However in the course of it I seemed to of pulled some lower abdominal muscles and I am worried that I may have a hernia. Has anyone ever had a hernia? Are there any visible signs? Is it very painful? I just have just had some discomfort for a few days and think it is just a pulled muscle. Any help would be greatly appreciated! THANKS

I have had mild discomfort too in that area after working my lower body/back and using improper form. Hot showers and takeing it easy for a day or two usally take care of it.
