Default Running Cadences For the Academy

A quick question for any of you guys, I'm in the academy now and I need some fire relevant cadences. I have quite a few but running three times a week they are getting repetative. I really would like some making fun of PD because we share the academy with the PD. Thanks in advance.

When I was in the Navy, one of my fellow DC's liked the following...

Squad 51 rollin' down the street,
Roy and Johnny can't be beat.
    KMG-765,
    Helpin' victims stay alive.
    LA's finest paramedics,
    Pumpin' that funky anesthetic.

Engine 51 is right on time,
    Kelly's laying the attack hoseline.
    Marco's watching the pressure gauge,
Watching Emergency is all the rage.

His dad was LAFD, and taught him this. I understand that LAPD and LAFD have a big rivalry and there are many running cadences that poke fun at each other. Maybe you can find some of those and change to your liking.

By the way, we had a few that were downright rude to the SP/MP's. I'll EMail a few of my old friends and see if anyone remembers those too.

Two old ladies were laying in bed
One rolled over to the other and said
I want to be an airborne ranger
I want to live a life of danger

And it went on from there.

I forget the whole thing but it went like:
We are the firemen, mighty mighty firemen.
We're not the police, donut eatin' police.

First off everyone needs to run in step...

    Left, left, left, right, left
    Your right left
    Lefty right left
    Your right left
    We love to double time
We do it all the time
    Cover and alignment
    Aiyeah sir
Up in the morning in the morning in the California sun
Were gonna run all day until the runningís done
    Oh yeah
    Feeling good
    Feeling fine
    PT
    It's good for me
    It's good for you
    Oh yeah
    Oh yeah
    Pain
    In my back
    Pain
    In my neck
    Pain
    In my legs
    But that's ok
    We run it out
    Oh yeah
Hold that guidon, hold it high
Show the world who's a coming on by
    Were looking good
    And sounding good
    Just like we should
    Oh yeah
    Oh yeah

...I could go on forever, and ever with cadences.

I could never hear the cadence over the sound of my having a ****ing heart attack after the first mile or so.

There are around 200 cadences on iTunes. Might be worth downloading some and changing them to meet your needs for the fire service. Just a thought...
