    Default Information needed

Hello, I am from a small career department of 15 firefighters. We have just now joined our brothers and sisters in becoming AFFI members and are in the process of getting our first contract. Here is my problem, our shifts are 24 on duty, 24 on-call, 24 off. The city is refusing to pay us to be on-call. I am trying to find another department that is using this type of schedule so that we can find a different or better way of doing this. If you have any information that could help us I would be very greatful.

    Thank you,

    Chad

I believe they run a paid on call type of deal.
