    Default training drills

What are some of your most effective training drills? How often do you train and where?

We usually train once a month and when we are in a pool we will do basic skills drills, blacked out mask search pattern drills.

In open water it is usually black water and we practice doing serach patterns.

What do you guys do and how do you set up your training scenarios?

Also, does anyone know anyone good websites that have training drills for PSD?

Division 12 trains once a month. We really try to get in the water as much as possible. Basics are very important as well as some more advanced drills. We get to a pool a few times a year to practice basic watermanship skills and gear use. The more time in the water the better.

We do an obstacle course once a year with blacked out masks. Some PVC and netting is all you need for the set up. The guys like that.
Give us a call and we'll forward a schedule to you
