Grants for tactical ems training

I am wanting to attend a training course on tactical ems but our department is struggling with budget cuts and cannot help me with the funding. Does anyone know of any grants that could help and if so, how can I apply for them?

check with chattanooga pd. i went thru thier tactical ems 2 years ago. they have a weekend basic that was only like $100. they have also come out with a week long advanced tactical ems. cant remember the cost. they have a web site that should have all the info.
