Look down at the bottom of the post reply page. You will see an "attach file" line with a box beside it. Hit the browse button and find the picture that you would like to use and select it. Hit the submit button and your done! Word of caution, you have to watch the size of the picture. Can't be over 90000 bytes or 400 X 1200.
