About LinkBacksI have fought with this clown over the last year. He
simply hates Firefighters with a passion and
slams us when he can. He claims to have had some
part-time state seasonal experience. Regardless is
just an a-hole. (mainly jealous I guess)
His name is Robert Desperado. (I doubt thats his real
last name) He is a torilla salesman that lives in the
Sierra Foothills.
Check out some of his writings. As you can see, he dedicated
the thread to me. In the past, he was kicked off of a major
Sacramento radio station web site for slamming the
fire service. Major loser.
Maybe go on in and tell him how you feel? Please leave my
name out of it. Thanks.

just keep in mind, this seems to be his own personal forum. he's register #1, and he's the admin. every idiot is entitled to make a website and voice his opinion, but remember you don't need to go to the site and view it.If my basic HazMat training has taught me nothing else, it's that if you see a glowing green monkey running away from something, follow that monkey!

So if all 100,000 firefighters who read these forums pop in to take a look and share the link with a few friends, I wonder what the extra bandwidth would cost him? If he wasn't ****ed before, he will be.

Bou, the man is a *****, he even has a go at UK Firefighters. If that is the best he can do, trawl up a few dozen stories from the Millions and Millions of Firefighter in the Wolrd, then good luck to him.
We all know that one day his sorry *** will be saved by a Firefighter...doesn't that always happen... and then he will be as quiet as a Mouse.

Why do I picture this guy sitting at his computer polishing his rifle?????? Me thinks this guy has no friends that or he is a pyro and Fire Fighters keep putting his work out. Whatever sick the FEDS on him!

I was going to blast him, but I didn't want to register. I tried to e-mail him, but again.. I had to register to do that also. I might find time to do it later.. like stated above.. that guy is a Mutt and his picked a hand full of events to judge all firefighters from.

I noticed that 90% of the posts on that site are from him. Does he just sit around and reply to himself all day? This guy seems like a real loser - not necessarily because he bashes firefighters but because he has his own web site he talks to himself on. Must be lonely in his world.

Since it is his own board, he probably has the ability to see how many people are viewing the site, and where they are coming from. Chances are pretty good that he has tracked some of the inbound visitors back to this thread at fh.com.
If you want to put up an "untrackable" link in the future, post a URL without making it a link, and ask people to copy it, open a new browser window, and go from there. They may not follow it, but it can't be tracked easily, either.
From reading some of the eariler replies, I think I will save my time and not bother going there because I don't think any rebuttals, no matter how well written, will turn the mind of someone who is already bent that badly. In fact, driving up his traffic - even if it costs him bandwidth - will probably only boost his personal version of "self esteem" by giving him a large national audience, which is apparently what he wanted in the first place or he would not have made his board. Better to let this kind sit in a corner and be ignored.
Just my own (unsolicited) opinion.
