A few years ago, at the State Chief's Show, I purchased a decorative Fire Helmet Neon Light. The vendor was, I believe, from the Florida area. There were other decorative neons, such as Maltese Crosses, Hydrants, etc. Does anyone know of this vendor or any others I could
contact for a possible purchase, and if so do they have a website?
Thanks in advance.

Seems like I have seen these kinds of things on ebay. Try a google search for firehouse neon.

Management is making sure things are done right. Leadership is doing the right thing. The fire service needs alot more leaders and a lot less managers.
"Everyone goes home" is the mantra for the pussification of the modern, American fire service.
Comments made are my own. They do not represent the official position or opinion of the Fire Department or the City for which I am employed. In fact, they are normally exactly the opposite.

I paid $125.00 for this one. Extra, or different lights vary on what they are. If I remember correctly, when I purchased this helmet, the fire hydrant was $100 and the maltese was around $75 (without the electrical unit). They also had Boots and Star of Lifes. The lights are interchangeable into the base electrical unit. The light units also come in different colors; red, white, blue, etc.DERN! Well $125 is not as bad as those other prices!! That helmet doesn't look too bad, could go good with a pool table and wet bar!!Originally posted by AFD368

If you do a Google.com search for "neon signs" you will find alot of companies that do custom work.

You know that buying of, or stores selling this crap is not against the law. But under most state laws, Virginia for one, it is against the law to legally use them on the highway as well as the state inspection law.
The law also states that no more than 4 headlights (white or bright white – blue) can be illuminated on any vehicle at any time.
