    Question Grilling

I will be saving for buying my father a new grill. I will give it to him either on fathers day or his birthday. Depending on how long it takes to save up the cash.

I am looking at weber grills.
Either the weber genesis stainless or weber genesis silver.

The specs that I am looking at are.
    Underside storage area
    600-700 sqin of cooking spacek
    36,000 and up
    $500-$1000

I was just wondering what everyone thinks of weber grills or if there are any out there that meet the specs and are affordable.

    Your input would be appreciated.

I only know two things about Weber Grills....

    1. Their reputation (I'm yet to purchase for myself )

    2. The Weber Grill restaurants are FANTASTIC!!!!!

I've had a Weber kettle charcoal grill for about 5 years now and it's the best grill I've ever owned. You can go to weber.com for recipes for the grill too.

    Exclamation

Go to Lowe's, Sears or Home Depot and take a peek at what they have. I have one from Lowe's and it is great. Cost about $1000. but well worth it, during the times we loose electricty.

All the above have web sites too.

I have owned a Weber Genesis grill for 5 years now. The paintwork is still intact, it fires up with no problems. They are more money, but worth it!

    Weber Grills,

From what I can tell from the sales here at work(via internet) they are the ones everyone buys and the reviews have been great.

If your looking for one you might want to check the prices here too.

I have had a Weber Genesis Gold for about three years. I spent about $700.00 at Lowe's. I was tired of replacing parts and then throwing away the $150 Char Broil specials (planned obsolesence).

It is much easier to cook on. Better temp control. Better flame diffusers. Better everything.

Seems to use more LPG than the other grilles I have owned. Probably because there are 3 burners.

    You won't be sorry.
