I am looking for some help. I recently had a job interview for a fire investigator position and one of the questions that was asked was how did the Stinchcomb inquiry affect the world of fire investigation? I have not heard of the Stinchcomb inquiry and have tried to research in my journals and the internet and have found nothing. can anybody shed some light on this?
Byochim, the only thing that I could find refering to Stinchcomb Inquiry was here at this site. http://clubs.law.uwo.ca/SUMMARIES/do...scroft.docsite
other than this reference it's a zero to me.
I found out recently that the Stinchcomb Inquiry refers to the offering and submission of evidence to the crown and that all evidence must be provided to both parties involved in an arson litigation.
