    Default I want to become a full time firefighter in Arkansas

    I am 21 years old. I am on a volunteer fire department in Arkansas. I am wanting to be on a full time department. If there is anyone who has any suggestions, advice, or knows of any postions open in Arkansas please let me know.

    Little Rock just had a test either last fall or late last summer. Prolly be a couple years before they offer another.

    I would recommend taking every test you can in the state
    vs. just focusing on one agency. The more experience in
    the testing process, the better.

    Are you working on your oral board skills? Got your opening
    and closing statments down? Situation questions?

    Only speaking from experience, getting hired could be
    a long, long road.
