With time and a little typing, you too can have as many posts as me...wait that's not that many. I'm ashamed...Originally posted by BFDLT32

Seriously though, it's not the amount of posts, it's the quality and thought behind them. You can have 1000 posts and be a 'tool' but have 500 and be respected.
Or, consequently, you can have 7000 (or 3000 like Art or Harve) like Ed and take the time to share years of experience...along with the occasional joke!
Either that or some people have WAYYY to much time on thier hands!!Once again....the above views are my own and not that of my department. (And probably should not be construed as having any real meaning, whatsoever!)

Thank you all!
I've been just a wee bit busy with coverage of a Pope that died recently.....and a colleague who has been diagnosed with lung cancer. Some of you know that while I'm not hiking the fire roads, I work for ABC News. Although I knew Peter was under the weather...the extent of his illness was unknown until we received his e-mail. I ask you keep him in your thoughts and prayers. This will be a tough time in the New York studios....a very tough time.

Ed,
I am sorry, for some reason I missed your post...my reply seemed rather callous following what you said. My thoughts and prayers are also with you and your co-workers at ABC.
