*** REPORT FROM THE LINE OF FIRE ***

4-2-05
Condo Fire
Lake Geneva, WI

At around 1330 hrs; Lake Geneva Fire was dispatched to Interlaken Resort for a report of a structure fire. First rig on scene reported a working fire. Command then called in mutual aid from near by depts. Water was a problem; they tried to pump out of the near by lake; but unsucuessfull. The water clogged the filter so it made it hard to draft from the lake. It was possible that the prime pump was burnt out. Back to the scene; the fire got away from firefighter's; so they blasted the air horns. Several fire detps from Walworth & Kenosha co responded to the scene. Several ariels were also put to use. A line of tankers could been seen. The cause of the fire is unkown at this time. Rehab was also called from Racine; Lake Geneva's auxiliary helped with rehab. Several Dept's were on scene; Lake Geneva, Linn, Bloomfield, Genoa City, Fontana,Walworth, William Bay, Darian, Town of Delavan, Elkhorn, & Lyons, Twin Lakes, & Randall Fire, Walworth Co arson Task Force was also called.

We offer Nationwide pager coverage. We are resellers for Metrocall and NEP/UCOM Paging. Incident coverage includes Massachusetts, Rhode Island,

Connecticut, New Hampshire, Maine, and Vermont.

We page Working Fires and greater, Motor Vehicle Accidents using Jaws, MCI, or Medflight Helicopter. Police Incidents such as Shootings, stabbings, car chases, etc. and Major NEWS incidents.

We have a National Group for multiple alarms that we get from our affiliates across the country and Canada.

We have several groups to choose from and all groups have the option to be turned off. We also use a state of the art FLEX system which allows us to page 240 characters. We also offer 1.7 way and 2 way pagers for guaranteed delivery of your pages.

A feature for those outside our pager service area allows us to page our incidents to your personal alphanumeric pager or to your digital cell phone or any E-mail enabled wireless device.

For existing Fire Paging groups we have the TAC9 USA Computer for multiple alarm fires. A Fire Paging group sends one page to this computer, either by SNPP, WCTP, SMTP (E-mail), or TAP (dial up) and the system sends that multiple alarm fire to all your reciprocal groups. That simple !

Call us for details or check us out on the web at www.tac9.com

Thank You for your interest in TAC9 PAGING
