I picked up a new book on vehicle extrication last week at FDIC that I am finding to be a pretty good read. The title is, "VEHICLE EXTRICATION - A PRACTICAL GUIDE" by Brian G. Anderson from Miami-Dade Florida Fire-Rescue. It is published by Penwell (no surprise there since it was sold in the FDIC booth). Along with seeing many familiar faces in the acknowledgements, I was impressed with the straight forward appraoch from a big book (571 pages). While I don't think it is the "end all" of extrication books, it is certainly worth taking a look at to update your printed resources.
