Nothing major operations-wise, just added a 2500 gallon portable tank to our inventory.

We have just updated our web site.

Painted truck bay last week. Awaiting diesel exhaust removal company to install products, awaitng new equipment from Fire Act grant. Have 90 pounds of ribs slow cooking for a fund raiser tomorrow. Will start 350 halves of chicken to BBQ over open fire in morning for same fundraiser. Waiting for the damn rain to stop so we can test hose and pumps.

May 1st, golf shirts are worn instead of button-down with badges.

May is also hydrant flushing season.

Hope you have better luck than we did. Took us two and half years to get into our new station. First thing that hit us was an old gas well. Then epa and septic system problems. We have three years till sewer comes to us. EPA made us get a $18,000 septic system. Our contract up and left for California. But all is good now and we are in. Good luck on you new station.

I think it's pretty safe to say we won't have any of those issues....... Just don't know why they still haven't started yet and we are almost 2 months past the start date......... Hopefully they'll get rollin soon enough so we aren't moving stuff in during the winter........
