so i applied for a job on the UCONN Fire Department and was suprised when i got the letter saying i had an interview without having any written exam, physical exam or oral board. one of the requirements to apply was that you had FF1 and FF2, could this be a reason why they bypassed the usual testing process. anyone ever come across anything like this before?
