Good evening from London
Hi all, just saying hello from over the water. I'm a Station Officer in the London Fire Brigade(Captain level) Been in the brigade for nearly 20 years now. Spent a very interesting two weeks out in Texas last year doing a USAR course with the chaps from Texas Task Force 1.
Hope you are all ok, and hope to speak to you soon.

Welcome from across the pond. Hope the boys from TX treated you well. They are certainly at the top of the list for USAR. I've been in your neck of the woods a couple of times. Absolutely loved it and would go back in a hearbeat. Tip a pint in our direction. Cheers!

Funny... you Brits all seem to like this world domination thing

I "imported" my husband from Middlesbrough, and I have to admit I get the serious case of the giggles everytime he says "fire brigade". Now he just refers to my station as "that lot of hosers".
