So i'm really considering a career in firefighting but have so many qestions i don't know where to start if anyone would like to give me some time and guidence it'd be awesome

You can read through the forums and the rest of the Firehouse.com website. I would also suggest paying your local fire station a visit. You could become an auxilary member or volunteer first to get your feet wet and get a better feel to decide if it's for you.

If you are under 18 try an Explorer or Junior Program.
If you are 18 or over, either try a Citizens Fire Academy(If your city has one) which will show you what firefighting is like, or go up and talk to the guys at your local station. And if you like it, join up. Reading practially everything on this site will also give you a start.Just because it's called a throw bag, doesn't mean you throw the whole bag... you're supposed to hold onto the rope.
