    INCIDENT COMMAND Phoenix, Arizona Line of Duty Death. It is with regret that ICP announces the line of duty death of Phoenix Police Officer David Uribe. Officer Uribe was shot in the head and neck earlier today during a traffic stop and he died at approx 3:50PM MST at John C Lincoln Hospital in Phoenix. Officer Uribe was a 22 year veteran of the Phoenix Police Department. May he rest in peace. [ICP-AZ,963]. 6:43p.m.

    INCIDENT UPDATE: Phoenix, AZ Line Of Duty Death. An extensive manhunt is still underway for the suspect, a 28-35yo white male, Bald, 6ft 2in, 200pounds who fled the scene and later abandoned the involved stolen vehicle.
    Local media also reports that Officer Uribe's son David is a Phoenix Police Officer and that Officer Uribe's wife is a dispatcher for the Glendale Arizona Police Department. [ICP-AZ,963]. 10:05p.m.
