June 4th 2004 was the public announcement of Round 1 last year. Considering they appear to be checking with the states more closely on the CBRNE stuff, it might be a little later than that, maybe a week or two. Look for the prenotifications (10 ?s and 1199A link) in the last week of May/first week of June. The first round of Dear John's will most likely come in August.
