    Let it be known that on this day, this antique firefighter graduated from Pikes Peak Community College with an Associates Degree in Fire Science Technology.......

    I are sew mooooch more smarter now cuz they telled me it is true!

    Congrats, but why did you go all the way to Colorado for community college? Did you see any good rally races while you were there?

    Congrats Capt. I got mine back in 1990 and still look through my old college books from time to time. Any advancement in your education will make you a better officer/firefighter

    Station2Capt.... Thanks...I tend to agree that any education may make you a step better...but a degree does not make you "qualified" for a position...which is the case here. I had to finish it(not that I did not want to)to be "qualified" for a position.
