I've learned that different areas use different colored lights on their personal vehicles when responding to a call. Here in Washington State we are only allowed to use green lights. I used to live in Ohio and firefighters used red lights for their personal vehicles. Anybody else use something different where you're at?

If someone with multiple personalities threatens to kill himself, is it considered a hostage situation?

I use big, clear ones on the front to see at night, little amber ones on the front that are hooked to that funny little lever on the steering column when I want to turn, and the big, cool red ones on the back that seem to be hooked up to the brake pedal and that funny little lever.
Oh, yea...and I put two blue-white ones real low on the front so I can see when it's foggy out.
Pretty cool, huh??

"This thread is being closed as it is off-topic and not related to the fire industry." - Isn't that what the Off Duty forum was for?
