Oreos on ice cream, or an Oreo Mcflurry or blizzard is pretty good too!

They used to sell a Oreo ice cream sandwich that was the best thing ever. It was 2 big oreo cookies with oreo cookies and cream ice cream in the middle. mmmmmm. I have not seen them around in a couple years.

    Amen.

The boy and I enjoy double stuff oreo's (or 'black cookies' as he likes to call them) with milk when mom is away. He gets one, I get two because I'm bigger.

Please don't ask me why , but the direction this thread took , reminds me of a scene in Caddyshack.

Then scene is where Ty, is about to do a shot of tequilla, and something to the effect of he licks his hand, puts salt on it, throws the shot over his shoulder then snorts the salt......

    See what I mean ?

And as far as the BLizzard goes, my personal favorite will always be the Butterfinger Blizzard. Maggie Moo's also sells a chocolate dipped cone, that is also dipped in crushed Butterfinger, along with Butterfinger mixed in with the ice cream.

    Talking

I can't leave all of you alone for half a day and you head straight for the junk food again. Although, I must add that I do make the BEST chocolate chip cookies around. They have been thoroughly tested by men of all ages and they always come back for seconds and thirds; sometimes they even make it to the freezer (and yes, homemade frozen chocolate chip cookies are yummy).

But then again, there is nothing quite like taking that tray out of the oven, the kitchen filled with the aroma of chocolate, getting your cookie hot and fresh off my baking tray and biting into a warm soft cookie with the chocolate still a bit soft and warm.

I also make some very good snickerdoodles.

Warm homemade bread fresh from the oven, a little butter ("Promise" if you wish to) and a cold glass of milk. Repeat as needed.

funny you should mention homemade bread chief. I was planning on buying myself a new stoneware lidded pan to bake bread in. I was thinking a nice herb bread with a golden crust that is perfection.
