What a night! First it started with a mid-afternoon call for a body extraction from an attic from a PD operation. Then, a fire after midnight where we pulled someone from the fire that had been stabbed multiple times. What a strange day.

Have they identified the body that was found in the PD's attic?
Was he looking for guns, confiscated drugs, SPAM?

Reminds me of the story about the Marine Sniper in Iraq.

When asked by the CNN reporter "What did you feel when you killed the terrorist."

    Marines Reply....

    HAHAHA

    That's big time concentration.

I know a marine sniper who did two tours in 'nam and all he can say is that he did his job. All of his missions are still classified.

    Talking dinner anyone??

I received my new herbs yesterday from Australia. One is a pepper blend made from Australian peppercorns. The Lemon Myrtle is what I want to really try. It is the dried and ground leaves from the tree (which grows in rainforests). It smells wonderful and has a lemon-lime flavor that would pair well with seafood or chicken. Depending on what is good and fresh in Whole Foods on Saturday morning, the menu will be swordfish, sea scallops or chicken on Saturday for the mains. YUMMMM. Add to that a nice bottle of Australian wine.......

    Hallo to the IACOJ CHEF.

Make sure you use Avocado Oil for the seafood. Did some hexperumatation here over summer.

A much more refined flavour is released from the seafood when cooked with this stuff, and it handles a higher heat than Oilive Oil meaning the juices stay in the meat.

Next time we catch fish together in the Gulf, we will give you a demo.
