Since the forums database is doing this funky time/space warp thing, is there any way we can use this to our advantage?

Could someone answer all my questions before I ask them?

How about tomorrows winning lottery numbers?

Can I eat dessert before my meal now?

Army guys in the field learn that lesson real early in "Life".

Someone once called it "Time Management", while waiting for the water to boil and heat up the main meal, but I always thought of it as "Getting to eat something before some Occifer Jerk bugs us out again."

6 day aged steak is one thing, but 6 day old supper? Check for mold before Eating.

Malahat27... That was offside... I'm off to cry myself to sleep.

I'm not going to cook dinner on Saturday silly. However I will be baking bread tomorrow and a plum cake on Sunday.

Just a bit of lite reading then Cheffie.

The Kokoda Trail was one of the most inhuman sections of the Pacific War. Apart from the terrain, the disease, posinous watevers, there were the Japanese for the Australians to fight.

It has become virtually a pilgrimage for Australians to "Walk the trail".
The poor blokes were sent up in khakis instead of jungle greens.
My Grandfather has started talking more about his experiences in the last couple of years. (He had my Nana convinced that the war was practically a holiday)
He fought in bougainville after lying about his age. He was telling me about one of the blokes in his patrol who was on scout and realised that he had walked into the middle of a Jap ambush. He just stopped and rolled himself a smoke and patted his pockets pretending that he forgot his cigarette lighter. With a bit of luck on his side he turned around and walked back to the other blokes to warn them. The Japs didnt open fire on him cause they thought he would be back with the rest of them.
Who says smoking is bad for you eh?

I am the ultimate thread killer.

    I is armed and dan-ger-ous.

I have killed about 20 threads over the last few days before ANYONE got to see them.

I been doing a bit of this and a bit of that so i havent had much time to play around on the net lately.
I have also unfortunately moved to outside of my brigade's area so i can only really attend major incidents.

I think Kiwi should get a thread killer's award for killing off the thread for more than 24 hours.

    I put forward the motion.

Why is it cheaper to fly on a flight with one stop than a nonstop?

I can fly from here to DC for $244 if the plane flies down to Georgia and then you catch a connecting flight up to DC.

I can also fly direct for $580.

Where is the logic in two planes being cheaper than one not to mention having to fly down to then fly back up again?
