Place small tame tabby on roof.

    Place bath beside budgies nest.

Whisper the following in the cats ear.

"Them birds are going to give you a bath."

Now that would definitely work. If you go about it this way, you don't need a small cat. Grab the biggest chunker you can find.

If you followed Kiwi's plan of action more closely you would see that it's going to the dogs.

No, you are right, they are not endangered, except when nesting. We had this problem when I worked in Victoria, and the Naval Dockyard a few years ago. We needed to some heavy maintenance on our A/C unit, and a pair had nested right next to it. We had to wait till the chicks were fledged before we could do the work. Dang Environmentalists!

Don't those people just drive you nuts?! I mean, yeah, we need to look out for the wee creatures, blah blah blah. But there are exceptions. For example, cows are cute. Especially grilled. Birds are cute. And to me, become target practice when they become annoying. I'm not sure about that though. I had a pigeon get in my room one time and I caught it. Swore I was gonna feed it to the cat. Couldn't build up enough courage. Ended up letting it go. While I never heard a spoken word I just know the cat cussed me for a week.

Nah...it's not dead. It's just been quiet. A little too quiet. Much like a sniper hiding in the bushes

Right about now there should be something well thought out and meaningful posted here to keep this thread going.

Just a simple observation with regards to life in general that will stimulate an open and honest dialogue leading towards fulfillment and enlightenment.

    Nah....

Too early in the morning for that.

I went fishing this morning. The fish were all around, but not willing to make a commitment to biting a hook. After a few fruitless hours of casting and reeling, I started pondering my reasons for being out there. Sure, I was in a bass tournament with my bass club, but why else? Maybe fishing wasn't about big sacks of green fish. Perhaps it is the perpetual trips to the store, buying the newest and best baits, trying new ideas on the water, and trying to learn how to catch more fish. I realized that the fish weren't the ones who were hooked. I WAS....

So, I got out my pliers, and held the hook secure and removed it from my pants...

I tell you what. If I don't ask you how it happened, you won't give me any details. Deal?

I like going fishing too. All I manage to catch is tree trout and bush bass. Never have reeled one in though

That would be because you aren't using heavy line. You want to reel in that big tree, you need two inch towing wire. Right Doug??........
