is it feed a thread starve a threadkiller or the other way around
Hey there is a smiley missing on the right side
(the embarassed smiley). Maybe if I feed him he will come back.
1 lb jumbo shrimp
8 garlic cloves minced
fresh ground pepper and salt
zest and juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp hot sauce
3/4 cup dark beer
4 tbsp unsalted butter
Combine all ingredients except butter in glass bowl. marinate 1-6 hours. Heat skillet over medium high heat. Add 2 tablespoons butter, shrimp, and marinade all at once. Saute about 4 minutes till shrimp is done and garlic is soft. Remove shrimp from pan. Add other 2 tablespoons of butter to sauce. Stir a minute or so. serve over shrimp.
ok. you can come back now.Last edited by superchef; 11-19-2005 at 05:07 PM.

A big shrimp.
The small ones are the ones you usually see in shrimp cocktail. The large ones are usually about 3 times as big. If you have a good fish department in your grocery, they will know what a jumbo shrimp is.
Come over for dinner. I'll make you some.
