Do you have some sort of aversion to 151 proof rum ? It is now a tradition that I take a shot(or more) of this nectar the night before I travel ( at least on vacation)

That is right after I eat a handfull of Lay's Wavy chips with ketchup

Many bad 151 experiences lol. I would tell you but I can't remember.

About 2 weeks ago we made a call for an unconscious person. She drank about 3/4 bottle of 151. Once she woke up, had an interesting time restraining her.

The thoughts that are in my mind now. Is this at all related to the fact that you have three women (see guy friend thread) in two countries on two coasts?

Or is this one of those Canadian things that ends in, eh?????

never ever drink 151 rum at the same mix ratio as regular rum. It makes you wake up in the bathtub.

I've never had the distinction of waking up in the tub, but I have loaded one or two persons into the tub as required. Not a pretty sight.

If you mix it very strongly (proper english?), then at least it is an appropriate place to be. Easy clean up!

Rual...I'm with you! I ended up in the tub after my first drinking episode (I guess I was 16, no clue what I was drinking...mad dog and everything else). I was on the floor next to the toilet then started getting cold. How else do you get warm?? Turn on the hot water and slither into the tub. Friends had to break the door down to make sure I wasn't drowning (I had fallen asleep). You'd think I learned my lesson and I that I'd swear off drinking! Good thing God has patience w/ some of us.

    Talking she has a plan

Actually, that thread has revived with everyone trying to kill it it is like the energizer bunny. It keeps going and going and going; sort of like this thread.

I know how to kill this thread. You must respond to option A or B.

Option A; Has anyone ever read "Democracy in America" by Tocqueville?

We can start a philosophical discussion on the merits of his book.

Option B: Explain why diversity is a complex issue in the fire/rescue service.
