    May 5th
    -2323hrs - Mutual Aid Haz-Mat Alarm - WB I-84 @ MP81 (Elmore Co FD) = HM12, BC1> Regional HAZ-Mat request to control a semi-tractor leaking diesel fuel.


    May 6th
    -1243hrs - MVA/Ext - Kuna Mora @ Pleasant Valley RD (Kuna FD) = Sta.61/EMS > Have a 2-auto t-bone - S/C for Life Flight.

    -1518hrs - MVA/Ext - Beacon @ Manitou (U-Dist.) = E3, T1, BC1 > Have a 2-auto t-bone w/ 1-pinned and 3-pts.


    May 7th
    -1936hrs - MVA/Fatality X3 - Hwy 55 @ Beacon Light Rd (Eagle FD) = E42, 201, R471, DC41 > Have 2-auto's that were racing at 100+ mph - one auto struck an auto that was turning onto the Hwy, killing entire family of three. - Driver of other auto was pinned and DUI. This is as a result of road rage - both drivers that were racing have been charged w/ vehicular homicide.

    -1401hrs - W/F w/ injs - 2248 Tawny Woods Pl (Southeast) = E1, 5, 7, T6, BC1 > Have a SFD w/ R/C fire in bedroom - (1st-due E3 & T1 on a fire alarm, cleared and sent-in) - M53 arrived first and found smal fire and an inj'd pt. - E1, 7, T1 working.

    -1628hrs - MVA/Ext - Cloverdale @ Explorer Dr (West Boise) = E10, T6, BC2 > Have 2-auto t-bone w/ 1-pinned.


    May 12th
    -0749hrs - Fatal MVA - Garden @ Main St (Downtown) = E5/EMS > Have a motorcyclist that was pinned between 2-auto w/ severe inj's - pt died at SARMC.


    May 13th
    -2340hrs - MVA/Ext - Eagle Rd @ Fairview Ave (Meridian FD) = E31, 33 > Have a 1-auto rollover w/ 1-pinned.


    May 14th
