Default low grade vs. below grade

What is the difference between low angle and below grade rescue?

I don't know if I'm reading your question correctly, but this might shed some light on things. We consider anything less than a 45 degree angle to be low angle rescue and anything over a 45 degree angle to be high angle. Below grade rescue would probably fall under trench rescue. Just think of below grade as below the normal ground that people are walking on. Most of the techniques of high angle, low angle, and confined space(can be below grade if the tank is buried) are the same as far as lowering and hauling systems. Trench rescue becomes more involved with stabilizing the earth. Hope this helps.
