Default Cooking burgers on the grill

Well, it's that time of year again when we fire up the old grill. We Cooked burgers yesterday and was wondering what you guys' put on yours.

For me it is usually tarter sauce, tomatos, and sometimes pickels.

Mix the meat with onion soup soup mix, a couple shoots of Montreal steak seasoning and garlic salt (course ground), cook till medium, palce on a fresh Chicago roll, then top with sauted onions and a good chunky bleu chesse dressing.

My burgers are mixed with 11 ingredients, then grilled to perfection. Bullseye is generously added during the grilling process. Cheese is melted on just prior to removing from the grill. They are topped with copious amounts of sauteed onions and the bottom bun has mustard, ketchup 'n' pickles.

Cheese and mustard is all you need. You can put enough cheese on just about anything and make it taste good, or at least edible!

A little tip for the burgers is to make your pattie around an ice cube, and as it cooks it'll melt the cube and moisten the meat, makes for some juicy burgers.

I would very much like to post the ingredients list for how I make burgers, unfortunately I dont always have the same stuff, so that means I improvise with substitute items.

A little Lowry's, a little garlic salt, and black pepper. Then top off with LOTS of onion, a little pickle and some thousand island. Or Famous Daves "devils spit."
