After going through a blade last night shaving my head, I hopped into the shower and saw my wife's razor sitting there. This made me wonder, if it is good enough for a woman's legs, would it be good enough for my head? I am looking for a less expensive way to shave my head. A blade a week gets rather expensive. What do you think? Would a razor made for a womens' legs last longer than one made for my face?
Thanks.

We have a few "chromedomes" on my FD. A lot of them shave with this razor

I tried the whole bald thing for a week. I liked it and everything, but maintaining it was such a pain, especially with the "rolls" on the back of my neck...

Just make sure your wife knows and understands. They can get feisty over someone using their razor.

A woman's razor has got to last longer...the hair on a woman's legs is like titanium...if my wife "borrows" my razor because her's is worn out then it is ruined, after one use!

Get a electric razor and learn how to use it and get a good shave.
OH, Be careful using your wife's razor, you may tend to shave too much hair off your body!!! You may get carried away and be "smooth" all over!!!!

Guys, just be careful. Don't "shave off" something else with the last two!

How can you say its hard to take care of. Shaing my head was the best thing i ever did. Its also so easy to take care of. Just trim it at least once a week

Well you see, I was obsessed with it being perfectly smooth, so I would stand there for a good half hour shaving the same spots over and over until all of the little hairs were gone. Plus, I got really bad razor burn on the back of my head. And then there was the hat tan that didn't look all that attractive...although I would say that I did like how I looked with a hat on. I'll probably just stay with a high and tight as usual, but keep the sides really short. I like my hair to be as easy as possible, that's why I like it buzzed, only needs a small drop of shampoo, and when you get out of the shower, just rub your head a few times with your hands and it's dry.Originally posted by N8sfd333

Ive never been able to figure out why anyone would want to shave their head, however as they say, to each his own.
As for me:
Give me a head with hair,
Long beautiful hair.
